Since our focus is all natural, lean beef, buyer will notice the unique characteristics of this farm-raised meat. The hamburger will be exceptional in taste with very little fat for the health conscious. When a patty of this hamburger is cooked, it shrinks very little. All the cuts will have less fat as well and the meat will not have that "spongy" feel one might experience with heavily marbled beef where so much is wasted by either trimming or melting away during cooking.
